Hunter Parrish is set to portray Jesus in the upcoming Broadway revival of Godspell. Producer Ken Davenport announced the news earlier yesterday and Hunter confirmed the news by saying that he is “elated to be joining the Godspell family and is honored to be a part of bringing this thrilling classic back to Broadway”. Hunter as Jesus?! Absolutely looking forward to this! Hmm I wonder if this is going to affect his stint on Weeds?
